Endowment for the CFUW  Dr. Marion Elder Grant Fellowship

$11,000 for a woman graduate student.   

 

The Fellowship is awarded annually on CFUW/Wolfville’s behalf by the Canadian Federation of University Women. More than $130,000 in Fellowships has been awarded since 1992.  Details about 2009-2010 CFUW Dr. Marion Elder Grant Fellowship of $11,000 as well as application forms will be available at www.cfuw.org by June. Application dead-line is November 1.

 

 

 

Third world development programs. Funds for women to start small businesses both to empower the women and to help support  their families. Emphasis is also placed on providing schooling for girls because experience has shown that there is a direct  relationship between the level of women’s education and family success. Two projects we contribute specifically to are the BINA ROY PARTNERS IN DEVELOPMENT FUND and the    

CFUW INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY PROJECT
